This 360-degree assessment includes the ILI Mindset assessment which evaluates the seven mindsets required to successfully navigate disruptive times. These assessments help you build on your self-awareness and direct your development activities. We work with you to identify raters from your peers, direct reports, and others, along with your boss. This part of the process will help you see how others perceive you. You will set your own or work with your boss to set your target. The target will help you prioritize where to focus your improvement efforts. These insights help you identify blind spots and risks as well as your towering strengths.  This assessment comes with an interpretation guide and worksheets to support your development process. For an additional fee, you can work with a coach to provide additional guidance and insight. ILI does offer supplementary assessments such as The Leadership Circle offered at a different pricing structure.
