A coach and advisor works with key executives and sponsors to structure your change initiatives. This service balances strong strategic guidance with executive coaching that allows strong leaders to elevate their leadership to meet the needs of the changing organization. You may use select modules from the organization transformation foundation program, the innovative leadership tools, and a leadership assessment to help you define your vision, and values, as well as align key elements of your systems, culture, and leadership. Content will be tailored to your goals.

Your coach and advisor may also work with you to deliver organizational assessments and facilitate group sessions. These services will be priced separately.
