This 9-month 1-to-1 executive coaching and advising program helps you lead your organizational transformation efforts. It balances coaching you as the leader and the person sponsoring or guiding your transformation effort. You will use the Organizational Transformation: Leadership, Culture & Systems program, Innovative Leadership tools, and a leadership assessment to help you define your gaps and goals. Content will be tailored to you and includes weekly coaching calls and email support.
