This expert facilitated program is delivered in eight sessions and leverages the Innovative Leader's Organizational Transformation program. It can start as part of the Envision Success process or wait until the Transformation Enablement phase. We work with the senior leadership teams sponsoring and leading transformation. It includes eight leadership and transformation modules which can be configured to meet your needs based on your goals and gaps. The workshop sessions combine training and application.  We tailor the content to your organization, provide tools you will use and work together implement them.
