This 360-degree assessment evaluates the seven mindsets required to successfully navigate disruptive times. It helps you build on your self-awareness and directs your development activities. 

Participants complete the self-assessment and can get input from peers, boss, direct reports, and others. They can also get "boss" target scores. This range of data helps leaders identify performance gaps, goals and prioritize development focus.
