This nine month 1-to-1 coaching program helps you take a fresh look at who you are as leader and identify how to move to the next level. It offers an in-depth Innovative Leadership Assessment designed to be used as a supplement with an Innovative Leadership coach or facilitator to accelerate your development beyond what is possible with traditional coaching only or leadership-only programs. Along with 1-to-1 coaching, participants in this program have the option to include the Comprehensive Leadership Development Program content which will be tailored to your specific goals. When selecting to add the CLDP to the 1-to-1 Leadership Coaching you will receive a joint certification from the Innovative Leadership Institute and the Franklin University Mason Leadership Center.
