This is the Innovative Leadership Institute (ILI) Learning Platform. It is a secure environment for accessing and completing ILI programs, courses, tools, and assessments.

 

What you may do

• Use the platform and materials for your personal learning.

• If your enrollment is through an organization, you may use materials for internal development consistent with your program access.

 

What you may not do

• Share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.

• Copy, record, redistribute, or publish program materials outside the platform without written permission.

• Use ILI materials to deliver external training, facilitation, or consulting unless you have an explicit license.

 

Confidentiality expectations

• Many programs include peer learning and organizational examples.

• Please do not share other participants’ information or cohort discussions outside the learning environment.

 

Privacy in brief

• We use your information to deliver programs, administer your account, support learning, and maintain platform security.

• We do not sell personal information.

• If you are outside the United States, your data may be processed internationally using appropriate safeguards where required.

2) Purpose of the Platform

This platform provides access to online courses, cohort-based programs, assessments, tools, and learning resources designed to support leadership development and organizational learning. Access is provided only to enrolled participants or authorized users.

 

3) Access & Account Responsibilities

• Login credentials are personal and may not be shared.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.

• ILI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or policy violations.

 

4) Acceptable Use & Conduct

Participants agree to use the platform in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner.

You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Share confidential cohort or participant information

• Upload unlawful, offensive, or harmful content

• Disrupt platform operations or other learners

 

5) Intellectual Property

All platform content—including videos, workbooks, tools, assessments, and frameworks—is the intellectual property of ILI or its licensors.

Materials may be used for:

• Personal learning

• Internal organizational development consistent with enrollment

Materials may not be copied, recorded, distributed, or used for external facilitation or resale without written permission.

 

6) Cohort Confidentiality

Cohort-based programs rely on trust and shared learning.

Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of:

This obligation continues after program completion.

 

7) Assessments & Educational Use

Assessments and tools are provided for learning and development purposes only and are not intended for employment or performance evaluation unless explicitly stated. ILI does not guarantee specific outcomes.

Platform content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
