This nine-month 1-to-1 coaching program helps you take a fresh look at who you are as a leader and identify how to move to the next level. It offers an in-depth Innovative Leadership Assessment designed to be used as a supplement with an Innovative Leadership coach or facilitator to accelerate your development beyond what is possible with traditional coaching-only or leadership-only programs. Along with 1-to-1 coaching, participants in this program can include the Comprehensive Leadership Development Program content, which will be tailored to your specific goals - the curriculum below. When adding the CLDP to the 1-to-1 Leadership Coaching, you will receive a joint certification from the Innovative Leadership Institute and the Franklin University Mason Leadership Center.
