The Central Ohio Tech Leaders Program is an open-enrollment, cohort‑based leadership development program for technology leaders preparing for broader responsibilities and future roles.

This program brings together a diverse group of technology managers and directors in a vendor‑free environment to build leadership capability, expand perspective, and learn with peers facing similar challenges.
