Innovative Leadership 360 Mindset Assessment
This 360-degree assessment includes the ILI Mindset assessment which evaluates the seven mindsets required to successfully navigate disruptive times. These assessments help you build on your self-awareness and direct your development activities. We work with you to identify raters from your peers, direct reports, and others, along with your boss. This part of the process will help you see how others perceive you. You will set your own or work with your boss to set your target. The target will help you prioritize where to focus your improvement efforts. These insights help you identify blind spots and risks as well as your towering strengths. This assessment comes with an interpretation guide and worksheets to support your development process. For an additional fee, you can work with a coach to provide additional guidance and insight. Advanced Leadership Development Program - Company Tailored Cohort
The Advanced Leadership Development Program (ALDP) is the follow-on course to the Comprehensive Leadership Program. It focuses on your preparation for career advancement, including joining the leadership team at the C-Level. This program starts with a leadership assessment and coaching feedback session to focus on individual learning goals for the program. During this program, participants work extensively in small groups on addressing barriers to optimal leadership performance. We do this by addressing individual mental models or thought patterns that impact their leadership habits and effectiveness. You will also continue to explore advanced leadership frameworks and apply them. It accelerates your advancement through the Leadership Maturity Framework you first learned about in the Comprehensive Leaders Program. Curriculum: Comprehensive Leadership Development
The comprehensive program consists of eight modules that provide you with a development process. These are all designed to support you as you elevate your leadership. The time commitment is approximately 30 hours of learning activity for the independent study portion of the program plus class time.
Classes are generally 2-3 weeks apart for the facilitated programs to allow participants time for independent work between classes. Classes range from 1.5 - 2.5 hours depending on program options.
Participants can opt for a program teaching additional topics in each class. These topics can be tailored to your goals. The standard options are listed below.
